With more than three decades in the automotive aftermarket, Charles has built a reputation as a trusted sales leader, technical resource, and industry relationship builder. His career includes senior sales and national account roles with Bosch and Shell Oil, with extensive experience partnering with NAPA/Genuine Parts Company and Advance Auto Parts. Charles brings deep technical knowledge across core aftermarket categories and has designed and delivered product training that equips distributors, shops, and retail partners to drive sell-through and build customer confidence. Known for bridging technical and commercial teams, his background spans national account management, category leadership, technical training, and strategic planning.

 

Charles and his wife live in the Charlotte area and are the proud parents of two grown children. Outside of work he enjoys travel, working on cars, motorsports, woodworking, and staying connected with colleagues across the industry.
