Melissa brings nearly three decades of experience in national account management, new product introductions, and brand management. She spent more than 20 years with John Deere, where she managed dealer and mass channel accounts, supported new product launches, and developed strong omnichannel marketing initiatives. She later served as a National Account Manager at First Brands Group, partnering with Advance Auto Parts to grow sales across key product categories. Melissa is known for building lasting customer relationships and driving growth through practical, innovative solutions and exceptional customer support. In her personal time, she and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with family and their two dogs.
