Jim began working in retail management after graduating from the University of Nebraska.  He worked as an Inventory Control Manager with Empire Associates, followed by working various roles with Crown Auto, including Purchasing and Merchandising Manager.  Since 1989, Jim has successfully worked with factories, customers, and colleagues for Action Sales. Using leadership and organizational skills, he assists customers and factories in coming together to provide programs and products to the end user.  Jim is originally from Omaha and enjoys football, baseball, golf, biking, and grandkids with his free time.
